What is that white stuff on the tree?

It was chilly and windy today too. The trees are pretty though.
Super... depressing.
sucks.
So glad we just got a light dusting, though the freezing temps I can do without. Any day now we'll be complaining about the heat!
It feels to me as if all seasons have moved on two months later the last few years. We still getting summer rain here.
i will have near 90 degree temps by the end of my week they say. sorry!
