Playing catch-up...
I had the "IEP flu" on Thursday. Meaning, I had IEP meetings on Friday and wasn't finished with my paperwork, so I stayed home Thursday to finish them. After about 8 straight hours at the computer, I was beat, so I went out for a short bike ride. I had 1/2 hour to ride, so I rode out 15 minutes and then turned around. I just wasn't feeling it this day, so I'm glad it was a short ride. I rode the Goshen trail almost to the Watershed trail and back home.

Time: 30:05 minutes
Avg. speed: 12.5 mph
Max speed: ~20 mph (going downhill)
